A name, location, or other term entered into a site search tool is sent to the independent provider that operates that tool. Sierra County Busted Mugshots does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider’s own privacy terms govern the query after it is sent.

A visitor may ask about personal information that this site holds. Requests about a government booking or law-enforcement record must go instead to the official custodian under New Mexico’s Inspection of Public Records Act, NMSA 1978 §§14-2-1 through 14-2-12.
